LIKE GLASS VILLASThe Seaside Glass with an incredible view of the Bay of Bothnia offer unique
accommodation. These 21m2 one bedroom villas with a small kitchen and bathroom are an excellent
choice for those who want to enjoy the arctic freedom in its best. The villas are located in the
beautiful SnowCastle area, that is surrounded by the sea that freezes during the winter months.
Experience the Sea, Snow and Ice and get the direct access to the frozen sea with possibilities of
various winter activities with a special twist like Ice Driving! The villas are a cozy place to snuggle up
and enjoy nature's incredible light show – the Northern Lights in from late August to April. One can
be amazed under the Midnight Sun in the Summer time.
The SnowCastle - amazing attraction is built annually just next to the villas and in the summer time
LumiLinna Camping operates in the area. Kemi city centre with railway and bus station, restaurants
and shops is 1,5 km walking distance away. Mansikkanokka sandy beach and forestry park is just
nearby and a great place for refreshing swim and relaxing sunbathing in the summer time. In the
winter time the ski paths go around the park and continue to the frozen sea. Kemi Inner harbour is
also located nearby with all-year-round attractions as Gemstone Gallery, SnowCastle Exhibition and
Santa´s Seaside Office. Various summer restaurants and cafés are really popular in the summer
time.
The price includes: Breakfast is included and served at 07.00 – 09.30. Occassionally the continental breakfast will be
delivered directly to the Villa Free internet access Kemi Tourism Ltd will provide a light bag for all Villa guests to their use during their stay in the
Villas. (Luggage should be left in the luggage room in the main building, only a bag or hand carryon with essentials is recommended to bring with to the Seaside Glass Villas.)Room facilities:

Optional services: Sea Lapland Delicacies – breakfast delivered to the villa. Includes: Reindeer cuts, cold smoked
salmon, sortiment of bread, cloudberry jam and butter, charcutiers and cheese, Lappish bread
cheese Lappish tea, berry smoothie, youghurt, fruit salad. Please book it at least 2 days prior to
the visit. The Villa guests may rent warm winter clothes. Includes winter overalls, socks, shoes and mittens. Luggage carrying service. Welcome basket: Bread cheese, cloudberry jam, crackers, reindeer snacks, grapes, chocolate and
